Privacy Policy

How information submitted through this site is collected, used and protected.

This policy explains what podiatrymedlegal.com collects, why, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only, and not to any clinical practice.

What is collected

  • Information you submit. When you use the case inquiry form, the site records what you type: your name, firm, email, phone, the side you represent, venue and deadlines, the parties and providers you list for the conflict check, and your description of the claim.
  • Basic usage data. The site records page views and general visit information through self-hosted analytics. It does not build advertising profiles and does not sell data.
  • Server logs. The web host records standard request logs, including IP address, for security and troubleshooting.

How it is used

Inquiry information is used to run a conflict check, evaluate whether the matter falls within my expertise, and respond to you. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. It is disclosed to others only where the law requires it, or where disclosure is necessary in the matter you have engaged me on.

Please do not send records here

This website is not a secure channel for protected health information. Do not attach or paste medical records into the inquiry form. Once a conflict check clears, I will send separate instructions for transferring records securely.

Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as needed to maintain an accurate conflict-check record. Material relating to an active or completed engagement is retained as required for professional and legal purposes.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to function and to keep the inquiry form working. It does not run third-party advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask what has been recorded about an inquiry you submitted, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to the conflict-check and retention obligations above. Use the inquiry form to make the request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page.
