This site describes forensic and medico-legal consulting services offered to attorneys and insurers. Nothing on it is medical advice, and reading it does not create a physician-patient relationship. No engagement until it is in writing

Submitting an inquiry through this site does not retain me and does not create an expert engagement. An engagement begins only when a written engagement letter is signed and the retainer is received. Until then, please treat any correspondence as preliminary and send no confidential case material.

Confidentiality and conflicts

Inquiries are treated as confidential and are used only to run a conflict check and evaluate whether the matter is within my expertise. If a conflict exists, I will decline the matter and will not use or disclose what you sent. Because a conflict check has to happen first, do not send protected health information with an initial inquiry.

No description of past work, case type or experience on this site is a promise of any particular result. Opinions are formed from the record in each individual case, and no opinion is offered or shaded to suit the party who retained me.
